Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items to us for a full refund or exchange. This policy applies to all items purchased online at rivelisland.com.

Your Returns Options

  • Standard Returns via Post Office: You can return your items free of charge via your local Post Office. Please use our online returns portal to generate your returns label.
  • Post Office – Prepaid Label: We offer a free returns service through the Post Office. Generate a prepaid returns label through your online account and drop your parcel off at any Post Office branch.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your online account and visit the ‘My Orders’ section.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate your returns note and label.
  3. Securely pack your items, enclose the returns note, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.
  4. Drop your parcel off at your chosen carrier’s drop-off point (e.g., Post Office).

Important Information

  • Please return items in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Your returns note must be included inside the parcel.
  • We recommend that you get proof of postage when you return your items.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received the returned items. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account after you have received confirmation from us.
  • Some items may have specific return instructions due to their nature; please check the product description for details.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance. We will be happy to help resolve the issue for you.

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
